Lanjekar Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is committed to delivering our products to you in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines our procedures for processing orders, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and service areas.

1. Order Processing

For B2B Orders:

  • Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation of payment.
  • Bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on the quantity and availability of products.
  • Custom or private label orders typically require 7-14 business days for processing, depending on the complexity and quantity.

For Retail Orders:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs:

For B2B Orders:

  • Standard Freight: Delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on the destination
  • Express Freight: Delivery within 1-3 business days for urgent orders
  • Full Truckload (FTL): Available for large bulk orders
  • Less Than Truckload (LTL): Available for medium-sized orders

For Retail Orders:

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery within 2-4 business days
  • Express Delivery: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (available in select cities)
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas of major cities for orders placed before 10:00 AM IST

3. Delivery Timelines

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Service Areas

We currently deliver to most locations across India. However, delivery to certain remote areas may be limited or unavailable. You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your PIN code on our website before placing an order.

Serviceable PIN Codes:

We deliver to over 15,000 PIN codes across India. Major service areas include:

  • All major metropolitan cities: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune
  • All state capitals and major tier 2 cities
  • Most district headquarters and urban centers
  • Select rural areas with good connectivity

5. Shipping Costs

For B2B Orders:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, distance, and shipping method selected.
  • Free shipping is available for orders above ₹25,000 within a 300 km radius of our distribution centers.
  • For bulk orders, shipping costs will be quoted separately based on the specific requirements.

For Retail Orders:

  • Standard delivery: ₹50 for orders below ₹500, free for orders above ₹500
  • Express delivery: Additional ₹100 over standard delivery charges
  • Same-day delivery (where available): Additional ₹150 over standard delivery charges

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order by:

  • Clicking on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history
  • Contacting our customer service team with your order number

7. Delivery Verification

For B2B orders, delivery will be made to the business address provided, and a signature will be required upon delivery. For retail orders, delivery will be made to the address provided, and may require a signature or OTP verification depending on the value of the order.

8. Handling Delays & Damages

Delays:

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone about the delay and provide an updated delivery estimate.

Damages:

If you receive damaged products, please:

  1. Document the damage with photographs
  2. Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery
  3. Provide your order number and details of the damaged items
  4. We will arrange for return and replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping for retail orders. For international B2B inquiries, please contact our export department at exports@lanjekarfoods.com.
