At Lanjekar Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures for order cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order with us.

1. Order Cancellation

For B2B Orders:

  • Orders can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed for shipping.
  • For cancellations after 24 hours but before shipping, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value may apply.
  • Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery and return the products as per our return policy.
  • Custom or private label orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and any advance payments made for such orders are non-refundable.

For Retail Orders:

  • Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipping without any penalty.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery and return the products as per our return policy.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we have specific guidelines for returns to ensure product quality and safety:

Perishable Products:

  • Perishable items such as fresh juices and ready-to-eat foods cannot be returned once delivered, unless they are damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.
  • If you receive a perishable product that is damaged, defective, or expired, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Non-Perishable Products:

  • Non-perishable items such as packaged snacks, pickles, and mineral water can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.
  • The products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened food packets or beverages
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products that have been consumed, even partially
  • Custom or private label products
  • Products purchased on clearance or special discount

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times.

Refund Timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-7 business days after the refund is processed
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days after the refund is processed
  • UPI Payments: 1-3 business days after the refund is processed
  • Wallet Payments: 1-2 business days after the refund is processed

Refund Options:

  • Full Refund: For damaged, defective, or expired products, or for orders cancelled before shipping
  • Partial Refund: May be offered in certain circumstances at our discretion
  • Replacement: Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement of the same product if available
  • Store Credit: We may offer store credit for future purchases in certain cases

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, details of the products you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the products.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If approved, your refund will be processed according to the timelines mentioned above.

5. Return Shipping

For approved returns, we will provide instructions on how to return the products. In cases where the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
