Lanjekar Foods & Beverages Private Limited (“Quick Craves”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains:
- The types of personal and non-personal information we may collect from you when you use our mobile app, website, or other digital platforms (collectively referred to as the “Services”), and
- How we collect, use, store, protect, and share that information.
This policy applies specifically to information collected through our Services, including via electronic communications (such as emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages) related to your use of Quick Craves.
However, this policy does not apply to any third-party websites, apps, or services that you may interact with through Quick Craves (e.g., payment gateways, social media platforms, or linked websites). We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies for clarity on how they handle your data.
Age Eligibility
Our Services are intended for users who are 13 years of age or older, or who meet the minimum age requirement as per applicable local laws (“Permissible Age”).
We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from individuals below the Permissible Age. If we become aware that we have collected data from someone underage, we will take immediate steps to delete it. Information We Collect
This is information that can identify you directly. At Quick Craves, we only collect personal information when you voluntarily provide it—such as when you update your profile, add an address, or place an order. We do not require a separate registration process; users simply log in using their mobile number to access the app.
Personal information we may collect includes:
- Mobile Number: Required to log in and authenticate your access to the app.
- Name and Gender: Collected only if you choose to update your profile with this information.
- Email Address and Date of Birth: Optional, and collected only when voluntarily added to your profile.
- Delivery Addresses: Saved when you manually enter them during order placement or in your address book.
- Profile Photo: If uploaded while customizing your user profile.
Note on Payments:
All payment-related processing (including UPI, cards, and wallets) is handled securely by our third-party payment provider, Razorpay. We do not store or process any of your payment details on our servers.
Note on Communications:
We do not record or store your conversations with customer support or delivery partners within the app. Any communication is limited to what is required to fulfill and update your order status.
How We Collect Information
- Directly from You: When you interact with the app—such as logging in using your mobile number, updating your profile, adding a delivery address, or placing an order—you voluntarily provide us with certain personal details.
- Through Device Permissions (Location Services): With your explicit permission, we access your device’s location to determine whether your current or selected address falls within our delivery range. This helps us ensure accurate delivery service coverage, which currently operates only in and around Thane, Maharashtra.
Note: You may disable location access at any time through your device settings, although doing so may affect your ability to place orders if we cannot verify delivery eligibility. We do not collect any location data when the app is not in use, nor do we store location data permanently or share it with any third parties.
How We Use Your Information
At Quick Craves, we use the information we collect to deliver, improve, and personalize our Services in a secure and meaningful way. Here's how your information helps us serve you better:
- To Deliver and Manage Orders: Facilitate seamless order placement, processing, and delivery using your saved address and preferences. Coordinate with delivery partners and vendors to fulfill your requests efficiently.
- To Personalize Your Experience: Offer personalized product suggestions, promotions, and user interface experiences based on your behavior and preferences within the app. Remember your previous activity, saved addresses, and preferences to simplify future orders.
- To Communicate with You: Send essential updates like order confirmations, delivery alerts, and payment notifications via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Respond to your queries, feedback, or complaints through our support system.
- To Ensure Safety, Legal Compliance & Fraud Prevention: Detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior to protect user accounts and prevent abuse of promotional offers. Enforce our Terms of Use and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
How We Share Your Information
At Quick Craves, your privacy is our top priority. We want to be completely transparent: we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or commercial exploitation.
We process all user data strictly for the purpose of delivering services you request—such as order fulfillment, customer support, and app improvements. Your information is handled securely within our internal systems or through strictly controlled and compliant service integrations.
We may share limited information under the following circumstances:
- Legal or Regulatory Compliance: We may share information only when legally required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or valid legal processes (e.g., court orders or government requests).
- Payment Processing: Payments made through the app are handled entirely by our trusted and PCI-DSS-compliant payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store or access your card, UPI, or wallet information at any point.
- Analytics and Platform Insights: To help us improve app performance, user experience, and detect technical issues, we use third-party analytics tools and service providers, such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook Analytics, and similar platforms. These tools may collect anonymized or pseudonymized data about how users interact with the app (e.g., crashes, screen visits, navigation behavior), but do not access or share any personally identifiable information unless expressly consented to by you.
- Internal Use Only: All data you provide (such as your name, delivery address, or preferences) is used only within Quick Craves for service delivery, feature improvements, and personalized user experience.
No Third-Party Marketing or Ad Sharing

You will receive communications only from Quick Craves (e.g., order updates or service notifications). - Disabling certain permissions may limit some app functionalities, but will not prevent you from using the core services.
- Communications & Notifications: We may send you:
- Service communications (e.g., order updates, account activity) — these are essential and cannot be opted out of.
- Promotional content (e.g., special offers, new features) — you can opt out anytime via the app settings.

- Access Controls: Internal access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel only and managed using role-based permissions.
- PCI-DSS Compliance: While we do not directly store or process payment data, our payment provider (Razorpay) is PCI-DSS certified, ensuring industry-standard security for all transactions.
Your Responsibility
While we do our best to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to:
- Keep your login credentials private
- Log out after using the app on shared devices
- Contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity

At Quick Craves, all food items are freshly prepared in our own kitchen, operated and maintained by Lanjekar Foods & Beverages Private Limited. We do not host or deliver food from third-party restaurants or sellers. This ensures that we have full control over food quality, hygiene, and preparation processes from kitchen to delivery.
Here’s how we maintain quality:
- Fresh Ingredients Only: All meals are prepared using high-quality, fresh ingredients sourced from trusted vendors.
- Hygienic Kitchen Practices: Our kitchen staff follows stringent hygiene protocols, including the use of gloves, hairnets, sanitized tools, and regular handwashing.
